Be the CEO of Your Health
Lifespan is how long you live. Healthspan is how many of those years you're still sharp, strong and in the game. After 45 the two start coming apart, and the six systems that decide which way it goes are rarely measured until something breaks. This audit scores all six, and we go through what the numbers say together.
$39includes an hour with me
Twenty questions, about five minutes. Your results are reviewed with me on the call.

You have had the physical. The numbers came back inside range and the conversation ended there. Meanwhile you know your recovery is slower than it was, your focus drops earlier in the day, and the weight behaves differently than it used to.
Both things are true. Reference ranges are built to catch disease in a general population, not to measure function in someone operating at your level — and the decline that matters here moves slowly enough that no single year's results look wrong.
The question worth answering is not whether you are sick. It is which of the six systems is declining fastest, how far it has already moved, and what it costs you over the next twenty years if nothing changes. That is what this scores.
These six decide both how you perform now and how well you age. Each is scored on its own, so you see where you actually stand rather than one flat verdict.
Driver one
Your drive, your mood, your sleep, and how your body holds muscle and fat. The questions here differ for men and women, because the biology does.
Driver two
How much of what you eat actually reaches you. It quietly sets your immunity, your mood, and how well you tolerate everything else.
Driver three
When your body does its repair work — tissue, memory, hormones, immune function. No amount of discipline during the day makes up for what you're not getting at night.
Driver four
Whether your body still has a genuine off switch. Years spent running on stress hormones is one of the most reliable ways to age faster than you have to.
Driver five
The mid-afternoon crash and the short fuse you've been blaming on your calendar. Over twenty years, it is also one of the strongest signals of how well you will age.
Driver six
Muscle is the currency of aging well — your metabolism, your joints, your independence later on.
No waiting, no scheduling. The audit opens the moment you've paid, and the link lands in your inbox as well, in case the day interrupts you.
It asks whether you're male or female first, then adapts. About five minutes, and it doesn't save partway through — so give it one sitting.
You book your call when you finish, and that hour is where your results are given. Your overall score, all six drivers, the one furthest along, and what to deal with first — interpreted, not handed to you as an automated report.
What $39 gets you

I'm Sherry Staiger, a healthspan strategist. I work with executives and founders in their forties, fifties and sixties who are still performing at full output and have begun to notice what it is costing them.
I spent my own career in corporate roles, which is why I understand the trade my clients have been making for years: performance is what gets measured, and everything the body needs gets deferred. My work is to make that trade visible while it is still reversible.
I'm certified in functional nutrition, peptide therapy coaching and lab analysis, and I work with a telehealth partner for anything that needs prescribing. My own work is education, perspective and accountability: helping you read your own data well enough to walk into your doctor's office and run that meeting.
About five minutes. Twenty questions, one screen at a time. The honest warning is that it doesn't save your progress, so don't start it between two meetings — if you get interrupted you'll begin again.
A full hour, one to one, and it is where you get your results. We go through your overall score and all six drivers, I tell you what I am seeing in the pattern rather than in any single answer, and we decide what you deal with first. You will leave with a starting point, not a list of twenty things.
On the call. The audit takes five minutes, but the scores are not emailed to you as a report, because a number without context is easy to misread and easy to act on wrongly. You book your hour as soon as you finish the audit, and we go through all of it together.
No. I'm a health coach, not a physician, and nothing here diagnoses or treats anything. What the audit gives you is a clearer read on your own signals so you can have a better conversation with the provider who does prescribe for you.
Yes. The first question asks which applies to you, and the hormone questions change accordingly. The other five drivers are scored the same way for everyone.
Five minutes to find out where your six systems stand, and an hour with me to decide what to deal with first.
